Terms of service.

These terms govern your access to and use of VOX. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use VOX.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or fraudulent calls.
• No impersonating another person without their consent.
• No content that violates law or third-party rights.
• No use for emergency services or life-critical applications.
• You will comply with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws, including obtaining required consent before recording calls.

Your content

You own the agents, prompts, and conversation data you create. You grant VOX a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service. We do not train foundation models on your customer conversations.

Fees and billing

Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Specific service level commitments for Enterprise customers are described in their order form.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the service.

Disclaimers and liability

VOX is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice 30 days before they take effect.
